Flick Gocke Schaumburg has advised founder, Bonnik Hansen, and shareholders, Dirk Jessen and Volker Haak, on the sale of a majority interest in TRIXIE Heimtierbedarf GmbH & Co. KG to Central Garden & Pet Company.
By joining forces, TRIXIE and Central Garden & Pet plan to continue TRIXIE’s growth while preserving its entrepreneurial culture, customer focus, and market strengths. Dirk Jessen will continue his role in the management and Volker Haak will continue to contribute his extensive experience and support as a consultant. Both will remain minority shareholders in TRIXIE.
