Flick Gocke Schaumburg advises FINN on asset-backed funding

Flick Gocke Schaumburg has advised FINN on asset-backed funding with a total volume of up to EUR 500 million. FINN, a car subscription platform, plans to use the capital to push ahead with the growth of its fleet of vehicles in Germany.

By expanding its fleet, FINN aims to meet a strong increase in demand.  The company plans to expand its supply by a further 15,000 vehicles.
