MAP Day on 26 September 2024 at the University of Lausanne, in cooperation with SwissHoldings.
During this full day event, senior representatives of the OECD, members of competent tax authorities of several countries, business representatives, academics and leading tax professionals will be discussing most significant practical developments and challenges concerning dispute prevention and the operation of the mutual agreement procedure (“MAP”) around the globe (including arbitration). The focus will also be on the impact of administrative and judicial approaches across regions on dispute resolution as well as on the challenges raised by the implementation of the Global Minimum Tax.
The event may be attended in person or online. In order to foster interactive discussions, limited seats are however available. It is therefore encouraged to register as soon as possible.
